- 2 ripe pears cut into cubes
- 8 oz brie cheese cut into cubes

- Wooden skewers or appetizer picks
Wash and dry the pears thoroughly.
Cut the pears into bite-sized cubes.
Cut the brie cheese into similarly sized cubes.
Fold small arugula leaves to fit neatly onto the skewers.
