Pear & Brie Cheese Salad Skewers combine sweet pears, creamy brie, arugula, walnuts, and balsamic glaze.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe pears cut into cubes
  • 8 oz brie cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Wooden skewers or appetizer picks

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the pears thoroughly.
  • Cut the pears into bite-sized cubes.
  • Cut the brie cheese into similarly sized cubes.
  • Fold small arugula leaves to fit neatly onto the skewers.
  • Assemble each skewer by threading a pear cube, a piece of arugula, a cube of brie cheese, and a walnut.
  • Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  • Arrange the Pear & Brie Cheese Salad Skewers on a serving platter.
  • Drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze just before serving.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Bosc and Bartlett pears work especially well.
  • Camembert can be substituted for brie cheese.
