One Pan Honey Garlic Chicken Broccoli Rice is easy and flavorful.

Marinade:
- 1½ lbs chicken breasts cubed
- 2 tbsp sesame oil or olive oil
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
One Pan:
- 1 onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large head broccoli cut into florets
- 1 cup uncooked basmati rice
- 3¾ cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp Italian herb blend
Honey Garlic Sauce:
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ginger minced
- 2 –3 tbsp honey
Optional Toppings:
- Diced scallions
- Toasted sesame seeds
Marinate the Chicken
Combine chicken with sesame oil, soy sauce, Sriracha, and garlic powder. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.
Add Rice and Broccoli
Add broccoli, rice, and chicken broth. Stir everything together and bring to a boil.
Simmer
Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for about 20 minutes until rice is tender. Add more liquid if needed.
Make the Sauce
Whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, Sriracha, garlic, ginger, and honey.
