Ingredients
  

For the Turkey Sliders

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For Serving

  • 8 slices cheese
  • 8 slider buns or dinner rolls
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles
  • Ketchup mustard, or favorite burger sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, lightly beat the egg with a fork until combined.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, beaten egg, panko breadcrumbs, onion powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Lightly oil your hands and gently mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the sliders tender.
  • Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions.
  • Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten into small slider-sized patties.
  • Heat a grill pan, skillet, or outdoor grill over medium heat.
  • Cook the patties for approximately 3 minutes per side.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • During the final minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
  • Toast the slider buns if desired.
