Roll each portion into a ball.

Cook the Sliders
Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
Lightly grease the cooking surface.
Cook the patties for about 3 minutes per side.
Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
During the final minute, place a slice of cheese on each patty.
Cover briefly to help the cheese melt.

Place each turkey slider on a bun.
Add desired toppings and sauces.
