Cuisine American
- ¾ cup Hint of Honey Blue Diamond Almond Milk
- ¾ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ⅓ cup fresh fruit berries, diced peaches, mango, or strawberries
- ⅓ cup granola
In a blender, food processor, or mixing bowl, combine the almond milk, Greek yogurt, and honey until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top.
Divide the fruit and granola evenly among the molds. Use a butter knife or skewer to gently stir them into the yogurt mixture so they're distributed throughout each Fruit & Granola Breakfast Popsicle.
Freeze for about 1½ hours until partially set.
Insert the popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
Continue freezing for another 3–4 hours, or until completely solid.
To remove, run the molds briefly under warm water before gently pulling out the popsicles.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
- Swap almond milk for oat milk or regular dairy milk if preferred.
- Use vanilla Greek yogurt for extra sweetness.
- Try blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, pineapple, or mixed berries.
- Sprinkle extra granola on top just before serving for added crunch.
