Frozen Banana Snickers

Frozen Banana Snickers are an easy frozen dessert made with bananas, peanut butter, dark chocolate, and peanuts.They are creamy, crunchy, naturally sweet, and freezer-friendly.Perfect for healthy snacks, summer desserts, or quick sweet cravings.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 4 –5 tbsp dark chocolate melted
  • 1/4 tsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp chopped peanuts
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  • Peel the bananas and slice each banana in half lengthwise.
  • Cut each long banana half into two pieces to create 8 banana slabs.
  • Arrange the banana slices on the prepared tray.
  • Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter evenly over each banana slice.
  • Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the peanut butter layer.
  • Add a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt on top.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate and coconut oil.
  • Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each round, until smooth and glossy.
  • Spoon or drizzle melted chocolate over each banana piece.
  • For a thicker chocolate shell, fully coat each banana slice in chocolate.
  • Freeze the Frozen Banana Snickers for at least 60 minutes or until firm.
  • Serve directly from the freezer and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use dairy-free chocolate for a fully dairy-free dessert.
  • Chopped almonds, walnuts, or pecans can replace peanuts.
  • Add mini chocolate chips for extra richness.
  • Serve with fresh berries for a balanced dessert platter.
