- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 4 –5 tbsp dark chocolate melted
- 1/4 tsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp chopped peanuts
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
Peel the bananas and slice each banana in half lengthwise.
Cut each long banana half into two pieces to create 8 banana slabs.
Arrange the banana slices on the prepared tray.
Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter evenly over each banana slice.
Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the peanut butter layer.
Add a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt on top.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate and coconut oil.
Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each round, until smooth and glossy.
Spoon or drizzle melted chocolate over each banana piece.
For a thicker chocolate shell, fully coat each banana slice in chocolate.
Freeze the Frozen Banana Snickers for at least 60 minutes or until firm.
Serve directly from the freezer and enjoy.
