EASY Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats

Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats are a creamy make-ahead breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • Optional: ¼–½ cup water if mixture is very thick
  • 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ¾ cup diced strawberries fresh or frozen
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Add the old-fashioned oats to a large mixing bowl or a pint-sized mason jar.
  • Pour in the milk and stir well.
  • Add the strawberry Greek yogurt and mix until combined.
  • Stir in the chia seeds.
  • Fold in the diced strawberries.
  • If using, add the vanilla protein powder and mix thoroughly to prevent clumps.
  • If the mixture seems too thick, add ¼ to ½ cup water and stir.
  • Cover the container and refrigerate.
  • Let the Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats chill overnight, or for at least 2 hours.
  • Stir before serving and add extra strawberries if desired.

Notes

  • Fresh strawberries provide the brightest flavor, while frozen strawberries create a softer texture.
  • Vanilla protein powder is optional but adds extra protein and sweetness.
  • Serve topped with granola, sliced almonds, coconut flakes, or additional fruit.
  • Store individual portions in mason jars for easy grab-and-go breakfasts.
