Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gently fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Mix cinnamon and sugar, then drop spoonfuls over the batter and swirl with a knife.
Bake for 30–40 minutes until golden at the edges. The center should remain soft.
Let cool completely.
For icing, heat cream cheese, cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt on low heat, whisking until smooth.
Drizzle icing over cooled Cinnamon Roll Blondies, slice, and serve.
