Cloud Cake Recipe

Cloud Cake Recipe is a light and fluffy dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 250 g condensed milk
  • 250 g Greek yogurt
  • Juice and zest of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 160°C (340°F) and line a 20cm springform pan with parchment paper.
  • Separate egg whites and egg yolks into two bowls.
  • In the yolk bowl, mix condensed milk, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
  • In the second bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture in batches, keeping the mixture airy.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Place the cake pan into a larger pan and add water around it (water bath about 3 cm high).
  • Bake the Cloud Cake Recipe for about 50–60 minutes or until set.
  • Let cool completely before removing from the pan.
  • Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve.

Notes

  • Add vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  • Serve with fresh berries or whipped cream.
  • Can be made ahead and chilled overnight.
