Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Trim the ends from the zucchini and yellow squash.
Quarter each vegetable lengthwise, then cut into 1-inch chunks.
Place the vegetables into a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss until every piece is evenly coated.
Arrange the vegetables in a single layer inside the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
Cook the Air Fryer Zucchini and Squash for 7–8 minutes, shaking or turning halfway through cooking.
Remove once the vegetables are tender with lightly browned edges.
Serve immediately while warm.
