Ingredients
  

  • 75 g salted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 650 g chicken breast diced
  • 400 g long-stem broccoli
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix butter, crushed garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt to make garlic butter.
  • Place diced chicken into the air fryer basket.
  • Spoon the garlic butter evenly over the chicken.
  • Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
  • Add the broccoli to the basket.
  • Continue cooking for another 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Ensure chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender.
  • Serve warm. This Air Fryer Garlic Butter Chicken Traybake is best enjoyed fresh.
