Whipped Feta Honey Toast is a creamy and flavorful appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces feta cheese in brine drained and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup whole-milk plain Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil divided
  • 18 slices whole-wheat baguette lightly toasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs chives, dill, parsley
  • Grated lemon zest optional

Instructions
 

  • Add feta cheese, yogurt, and 1 tablespoon olive oil to a food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, about 4–5 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Spread the whipped feta mixture onto one side of each toasted baguette slice.
  • Sprinkle with ground pepper.
  • Drizzle honey evenly over each toast.
  • Top with fresh herbs and optional lemon zest.
  • Finish with a drizzle of the remaining olive oil.
  • This Whipped Feta Honey Toast is best served immediately while the bread is still crisp.

Notes

  • Serve with fresh vegetables or as part of a mezze platter.
  • You can prepare the whipped feta ahead and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
  • Try adding chili flakes for a spicy twist.
