Add the cubed watermelon and fresh lime juice to a blender.
Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about ½ inch of space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.
Insert popsicle sticks if your molds require them.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
To remove the Watermelon Popsicles, briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds and gently pull them out.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
