Watermelon Popsicles

Watermelon Popsicles are a refreshing frozen dessert made with fresh watermelon and lime juice.
Blend, pour into molds, and freeze until firm.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups cubed watermelon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Add the cubed watermelon and fresh lime juice to a blender.
  • Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
  • Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about ½ inch of space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.
  • Insert popsicle sticks if your molds require them.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
  • To remove the Watermelon Popsicles, briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds and gently pull them out.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Fresh lime juice enhances the watermelon flavor without overpowering it.
  • Garnish with fresh mint before serving for extra freshness.
  • Add diced fruit pieces into the molds before freezing for added texture.
  • Store popsicles individually wrapped to prevent freezer burn.
