Viral Baked Dumplings Recipe with Crispy Chili Oil

Ingredients
  

  • 1 14-ounce can lite coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 14 –20 frozen dumplings
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup sliced scallion greens
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 –2 tablespoons chili crisp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a 9×9-inch baking dish or oven-safe braiser, whisk together the coconut milk, Thai red curry paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil until smooth.
  • Add the spinach and stir until evenly coated. Spread it across the bottom of the dish.
  • Arrange the frozen dumplings pinched-side down in the sauce.
  • Spoon some of the curry mixture over each dumpling.
  • Cover the dish tightly with a lid or aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in a shallow dish or 30–40 minutes in a deeper baking dish until the dumplings are tender and fully cooked.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with chili crisp, cilantro, scallions, and sesame seeds.
