Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat the Oil
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil.
  • Sauté Aromatics
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook for 3–4 minutes until soft and fragrant.
  • Season the Chicken
  • Season both sides of the chicken breasts with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Brown the Chicken
  • Place chicken in the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Add the Cream
  • Pour in the heavy cream and gently stir. Reduce heat slightly and simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens and the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Garnish and Serve
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot
