Turkey & Cheddar Lettuce Wraps are a quick low-carb lunch made with deli turkey, sharp Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and crisp lettuce.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons chopped dill pickle
  • 2 teaspoons whole-grain mustard
  • 8 large green-leaf lettuce leaves
  • 12 ounces sliced deli turkey
  • 4 ounces sliced sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices tomato

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, chopped dill pickle, and whole-grain mustard until well combined.
  • Place 2 lettuce leaves on a clean work surface, slightly overlapping them to create a sturdy base.
  • Spread about 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the lettuce leaves.
  • Layer 3 ounces of sliced turkey on top.
  • Add 1 ounce of sliced sharp Cheddar cheese.
  • Place 2 tomato slices over the cheese.
  • Carefully roll the lettuce into a tight wrap.
  • Cut the wrap in half if desired.
  • Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make four Turkey & Cheddar Lettuce Wraps.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • Sharp Cheddar provides the best flavor, but mild Cheddar works well too.
  • Turkey breast slices are recommended for a leaner option.
  • For extra tanginess, add additional chopped dill pickles.
  • Serve alongside a fresh salad, vegetable sticks, or fruit for a complete meal.
