  • 1 orange peeled
  • cups frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ¼ cup water if needed

  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Raw coconut flakes
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Kiwi slices
  • Healthy granola

Instructions
 

  • Add the peeled orange to a high-speed blender.
  • Add the frozen strawberries and frozen mango.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides of the blender.
  • Add a small amount of water if necessary to help blending.
  • Continue blending until the texture resembles soft-serve ice cream.
  • Transfer the smoothie mixture into a serving bowl.
  • Arrange your favorite toppings over the surface.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
