Three Ingredient Biscoff Mousse

Three Ingredient Biscoff Mousse is a creamy no-bake dessert made with heavy cream and Biscoff spread.

Ingredients
  

Mousse

  • 300 ml double cream heavy cream
  • 150 g Biscoff spread

Decoration

  • 100 g Biscoff spread melted
  • Biscoff biscuits
  • Biscoff crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Add double cream and Biscoff spread to a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together by hand until smooth and thickened. The mixture should hold soft peaks and look fluffy. Avoid over-whipping.
  • Pipe or spoon the mousse into serving glasses or ramekins. Smooth the tops evenly.
  • Melt the remaining Biscoff spread gently (microwave in short bursts).
  • Divide melted Biscoff over each mousse layer and spread until smooth.
  • Add a Biscoff biscuit on top and sprinkle with crushed Biscoff crumbs.
  • Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to set before serving.
  • This Three Ingredient Biscoff Mousse sets beautifully and develops even richer flavor as it chills.

Notes

  • Serve with fresh berries for balance.
