Tahini Chicken
Tahini Chicken is tender chicken tossed in a creamy sesame tahini sauce.

Ingredients

chicken bouillon cube

tahini
sesame paste

tablespoons
soy sauce
1
tablespoon
honey
1
clove
garlic
minced

minced fresh ginger

teaspoons
butter

skinless
boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes

tablespoons
all-purpose flour
or as needed

teaspoon
sesame seeds
for garnish
Instructions
In a small pot, bring water and chicken bouillon cube to a boil until dissolved. Reduce heat to low.
Whisk in tahini, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger until smooth. Keep sauce warm over low heat.
In a separate skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Add cubed chicken and cook 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Whisk flour into the tahini sauce and cook 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add cooked chicken to the sauce and toss until fully coated.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve warm.
Notes
• Best served over jasmine rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice.
