In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, active dry yeast, and honey. Let the mixture rest for 5–10 minutes until bubbly and frothy.
Add the eggs, flour, and kosher salt. Knead using a dough hook for 4–5 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let the dough rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
In a separate bowl, combine the cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, herbs, and grated garlic.
Roll the dough into a 12x18-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Evenly sprinkle the cheese mixture over the dough.
Roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice the log lengthwise into two halves.
Twist the two halves together, keeping the cut sides facing upward to reveal the cheesy layers. Coil the twisted dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Let the Swirled Garlic Herb and Cheese Bread rise again for 15 minutes.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes until deeply golden brown and cooked through.
Allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
