In a medium bowl, mix vanilla yogurt and honey until smooth.
Add 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers and stir to combine.
Prepare your cups or molds.
Add a layer of yogurt mixture, then a layer of pureed strawberries.
Repeat with another layer of yogurt mixture, leaving space at the top.
Sprinkle remaining crushed wafers on top.
Insert popsicle sticks into the center.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
