Strawberry Overnight Oats

Strawberry Overnight Oats are a no-cook breakfast made with oats, yogurt, milk, and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned or rolled oats 50g
  • 2 tsp chia seeds 6g
  • 2 Tbsp strawberry jam 28g
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt 70g
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries 60g
  • 1 Tbsp freeze-dried strawberry powder optional, 7g
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice or water 160g

Optional Toppings:

  • Fresh berries
  • Chopped almonds
  • Whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, strawberry jam, Greek yogurt, strawberries, and strawberry powder.
  • Pour in the milk or water.
  • Stir well until everything is fully combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, stir again and add a splash of milk if needed for desired consistency.
  • Add toppings if desired and enjoy your Strawberry Overnight Oats cold.

Notes

  • You can substitute strawberry jam with homemade strawberry puree.
  • Add banana slices for extra natural sweetness.
  • Great for meal prep—make multiple jars at once for the week.
