Strawberry Overnight Oats
Strawberry Overnight Oats are a no-cook breakfast made with oats, yogurt, milk, and fresh strawberries.

- 1/2 cup old fashioned or rolled oats 50g
- 2 tsp chia seeds 6g
- 2 Tbsp strawberry jam 28g
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt 70g
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries 60g
- 1 Tbsp freeze-dried strawberry powder optional, 7g
- 2/3 cup milk of choice or water 160g
Optional Toppings:
- Fresh berries
- Chopped almonds
- Whipped cream
In a mason jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, strawberry jam, Greek yogurt, strawberries, and strawberry powder.
Pour in the milk or water.
Stir well until everything is fully combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Before serving, stir again and add a splash of milk if needed for desired consistency.
Add toppings if desired and enjoy your Strawberry Overnight Oats cold.
