thawed

cream cheese
softened
1/4
cup
sugar

teaspoon
vanilla extract
1
cup
fresh strawberries
hulled and sliced

egg
beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
Thaw puff pastry according to package instructions.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Roll out puff pastry slightly and cut into equal squares.
Spoon cream cheese mixture into the center of each square. Top with sliced strawberries.
Fold corners inward to create a pocket and press gently to seal.
Brush pastry edges with egg wash.
Bake Strawberry Cream Cheese Danishes for 22–25 minutes until golden and puffed.
Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra shine, brush pastries twice with egg wash
