Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 –2 tbsp milk any kind, as needed

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder.
  • Add softened cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  • If the mixture feels too dry, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk, one tablespoon at a time, until a soft, moldable dough forms.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined plate.
  • Refrigerate the Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Serve immediately or store for later.

Notes

  • Maple syrup can replace honey for a fully vegetarian option.
