Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
If needed, pound the chicken breasts to about 1 inch thickness for even cooking.
Marinate the chicken with crushed garlic and balsamic vinegar while the pan heats.
Add olive oil to the skillet. Cook the chicken for 3–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
In a bowl, gently toss chopped strawberries and basil together.
Top each chicken breast with the strawberry basil mixture. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Drizzle with extra balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze if desired. Serve immediately.
