Strawberry Banana Yogurt Parfaits are made with layers of strawberry yogurt, vanilla yogurt, fresh bananas, strawberries, and crunchy granola. A healthy breakfast or snack ready in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • cups strawberry yogurt divided
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt divided
  • ½ cup granola
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 6 fresh strawberries sliced

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Fruit
  • Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
  • Slice the strawberries and bananas into thin, even pieces.
  • Set aside.
  • Step 2: Add the First Yogurt Layer
  • Spoon ¼ cup strawberry yogurt into the bottom of each serving glass.
  • Carefully spread the yogurt into an even layer.
  • Step 3: Add the Vanilla Yogurt
  • Top each glass with ¼ cup vanilla yogurt.
  • Smooth the layer with the back of a spoon.
  • Step 4: Add the Fruit
  • Divide the sliced strawberries and bananas evenly between both glasses.
  • Arrange the fruit around the sides of the glass for a colorful presentation if desired.
  • Step 5: Add More Yogurt
  • Spoon another ¼ cup strawberry yogurt over the fruit layer in each parfait.
  • Step 6: Add Granola
  • Sprinkle ¼ cup granola into each parfait for a delicious crunchy layer.
  • Step 7: Garnish and Serve
  • Top each parfait with an additional spoonful of yogurt if desired.
  • Garnish with extra sliced strawberries, banana slices, and a sprinkle of granola.
  • Serve immediately for the crispiest granola.

  • Vanilla Greek yogurt creates a thicker, creamier parfait.
  • Substitute peaches, blueberries, raspberries, or mango for different flavor combinations.
