In a small bowl, whisk together water and sourdough starter.
In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
Add avocado oil and mix until crumbly.
Pour in the sourdough mixture and mix until dough forms.
Knead briefly for about 1 minute until smooth. Add flour if too sticky.
Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Divide dough into 16 portions and shape into balls.
Cover and rest another 30 minutes.
Preheat a skillet over medium-low heat.
Roll each dough ball into a thin circle.
Cook for about 1 minute until bubbles form, then flip and cook for 30 seconds.
Repeat with remaining dough.
