Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil.
Boil each batch of pretzel bites for about 30 seconds, then remove and place back on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
Brush with melted butter while warm if desired.
