- 3 cups instant white or brown rice prepared

- 6 –8 chicken thighs
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic divided
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz each
- 1 ½ cups milk
- Garlic powder
- 2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
Step 1 – Prepare the rice
