- 1 small ripe banana sliced and frozen
- 2 –3 tablespoons light coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder optional
Toppings (Optional)
- 1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- Granola
- Fresh fruit
Add toppings
Top with coconut, chia seeds, hemp seeds, granola, and fresh fruit as desired.
