Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
Spread the seafood filling evenly over each tortilla. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Pour the garlic cream sauce evenly over the rolled tortillas.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
