  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 ½ pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic chopped

Instructions

  • Place the beef stew meat on one half of the slow cooker and the baby Yukon gold potatoes on the other half.
  • Evenly season everything with onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt.
  • Carefully toss only the beef side to coat it well in the seasoning, keeping it separate from the potatoes as much as possible.
  • Sprinkle the chopped garlic evenly over the top.
  • Place the butter pads across the beef and potatoes.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or until the beef is tender and cooked through.
  • Serve the Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites with the buttery sauce spooned over the top.

Notes

  • Use grass-fed beef stew meat for deeper flavor.
