- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt-free seasoning blend
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 cans 10 ounces each cream of chicken soup
- 1 envelope Italian dressing mix
- 4 ounces cream cheese cubed
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
- Chopped parsley optional
Lightly grease the slow cooker insert with cooking spray.
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Season with salt-free seasoning and black pepper.
Pour cream of chicken soup evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle Italian dressing mix over the top.
Add cubed cream cheese across the surface.
Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3 hours.
Shred the chicken using two forks and stir into the sauce.
Add milk as needed to reach your desired consistency.
