- 1 cup cooked shrimp chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and lay them flat on a clean surface.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, and half of the Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce across the bottom of a baking dish.
