Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup raw peanuts
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • teaspoons chili powder
  • teaspoons garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the raw almonds, cashews, and peanuts.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, coconut sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  • In another small bowl, whisk the egg white until frothy.
  • Pour the frothy egg white over the nuts and toss until evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle the spice mixture over the nuts and toss again until every nut is well coated.
  • Spread the nuts in a single even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the nuts to cool on the baking sheet for at least 20 minutes.
  • As the nuts cool, they will become crisp and crunchy.
  • Serve immediately or store for later snacking.
