  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue Stilton cheese (1 oz.)
  • 12 dried apricot halves
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • Arrange the dried apricot halves on a serving platter.
  • Place about 1 teaspoon of Stilton cheese onto each apricot.
  • Sprinkle approximately 1/2 teaspoon of chopped pistachios over each piece.
  • Drizzle agave syrup evenly across all bites.
  • Finish by sprinkling fresh thyme on top.
  • Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving for a firmer texture.
