Pumpkin Pie Cheese and Crackers
Pumpkin Pie Cheese and Crackers are festive no-bake appetizers made with crackers, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese.

Insert a size 21 decorating tip into a disposable decorating bag and trim the end if needed.
Fill the decorating bag with light cream cheese and secure the top using a rubber band.
Cut the cheddar cheese into small triangles sized to fit on top of the Triscuit Thin Crisps. Each triangle should measure approximately 1½ inches per side and about ½ inch thick.
Pipe a small amount of cream cheese onto each Triscuit Thin Crisp.
Place a cheddar cheese triangle on top of the cream cheese to secure it.
Add a small dab of cream cheese to the bottom half of a Chicken in a Biskit cracker.
Attach the Chicken in a Biskit cracker to one side of the cheddar triangle to resemble a pie crust.
Pipe a small dollop of cream cheese on top of each cheese triangle to create a whipped cream effect.
Arrange the Pumpkin Pie Cheese and Crackers on a serving platter and serve immediately.
