Ingredients
  

For the Puff Pastry Base

  • 1 package puff pastry fully thawed

For the Filling

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated (or mozzarella for a milder flavor)
  • 1 cup turkey bacon or turkey ham cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup vegetables onions, bell peppers, sautéed
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional Toppings

  • Fresh herbs chives or parsley, to taste
  • Hot sauce to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll the thawed puff pastry gently onto a lined baking sheet, shaping it into a rectangle.
  • In a skillet, sauté the vegetables until softened and moisture has evaporated. Cook the turkey bacon or turkey ham until lightly crisp.
  • Spread the cheese evenly over the pastry, then add the cooked meats and vegetables.
  • Beat the eggs with salt and pepper and pour evenly over the toppings. This step completes the Puff Pastry Breakfast Pizza base.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden and the eggs are set.
  • Slice and serve warm with herbs or hot sauce if desired.
