- 16 ounces pre-cooked chicken
- 2 cups lentil quinoa rice mix
- 1 cup black bean corn salad
- ½ cup mashed avocado
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the pre-cooked chicken and sauté for 3–4 minutes until heated through.
Cook the lentil quinoa rice mix according to package instructions.
Divide the cooked rice evenly into 4 serving bowls.
