Pretzel Strawberry Bark

Pretzel Strawberry Bark is a quick no-bake dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ruby chocolate candy bars 3.1 oz each, chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups crushed pretzels divided
  • 1 package 1.2 oz freeze-dried strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Line a 15x10-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt the chopped chocolate using a double boiler or a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  • Stir until smooth and fully melted.
  • Fold in 1 cup of crushed pretzels.
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle freeze-dried strawberries and remaining pretzels on top.
  • Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  • Break into pieces and serve your Pretzel Strawberry Bark.

Notes

  • Store in a cool place to prevent melting
  • Use dark or milk chocolate if ruby chocolate is unavailable
  • Perfect for holiday gift boxes
