Pretzel Strawberry Bark
Pretzel Strawberry Bark is a quick no-bake dessert.
Ingredients
- 4 ruby chocolate candy bars 3.1 oz each, chopped
- 1 1/4 cups crushed pretzels divided
- 1 package 1.2 oz freeze-dried strawberries
Instructions
- Line a 15x10-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the chopped chocolate using a double boiler or a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- Stir until smooth and fully melted.
- Fold in 1 cup of crushed pretzels.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle freeze-dried strawberries and remaining pretzels on top.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve your Pretzel Strawberry Bark.
Notes
- Store in a cool place to prevent melting
- Use dark or milk chocolate if ruby chocolate is unavailable
