Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1/3 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Roll out the refrigerated pizza crust onto a clean, flat surface.
  • Spread the whipped cream cheese evenly over the dough.
  • Spoon the pizza sauce over the cream cheese and spread into an even layer.
  • Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese and then top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange the pepperoni evenly across the surface.
  • Carefully roll the dough into a tight log, starting from one long side.
  • Using a serrated knife, pizza cutter, or unflavored dental floss, cut the log into 1-inch slices.
  • Place the pizza rolls in a lightly greased baking dish or baking sheet.
  • Brush each roll with garlic butter.
  • Bake the Pepperoni Pizza Roll Finger Foods for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with extra pizza sauce, marinara sauce, or ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

  • For a halal-friendly version, replace pepperoni with halal beef pepperoni or turkey pepperoni.
  • Add diced bell peppers, mushrooms, or olives for extra flavor.
  • Ranch dressing, garlic sauce, or marinara all make excellent dipping sauces.
  • These rolls are best enjoyed fresh but reheat well.
