Pepperoni Pizza Bites

Pepperoni Pizza Bites are mini pizza snacks made with yogurt dough, cheese, and sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or whole wheat/gluten-free mix
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ounce turkey pepperoni chopped
  • Crushed red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray two muffin tins with olive oil.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add Greek yogurt and mix until a crumbly dough forms.
  • Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead about 15 times until smooth and slightly tacky.
  • Divide into 16 equal balls.
  • Press each ball into muffin cups, slightly up the sides.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and gently press the center to create a well.
  • Add sauce, mozzarella, and turkey pepperoni to each.
  • Return to oven and bake for another 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Serve Pepperoni Pizza Bites warm with optional red pepper flakes.

Notes

  • Swap turkey pepperoni with cooked chicken or beef toppings
  • Use gluten-free flour if needed
  • Perfect for lunchboxes or party trays
