Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas broken into chunks
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or to taste
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add bananas, milk, peanut butter, honey, and ice cubes to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
  • This Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie is best enjoyed fresh and chilled.

  • Add cocoa powder for a chocolate twist
  • Sprinkle chia seeds or flaxseed for extra nutrition
