- 1 medium frozen banana about 100 g
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice 100 g
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder 15 g
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter 16 g
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- ¾ cup milk of choice add more as needed
Add the frozen banana to a high-powered blender.
Add the frozen cauliflower rice.
Add the vanilla protein powder.
Add the peanut butter powder and peanut butter.
Sprinkle in the cinnamon and sea salt.
Pour in the milk.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy, adding extra milk if needed to reach your preferred consistency.
