Ingredients
  

  • 4 –6 ripe peaches pitted and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 6 fresh basil leaves thinly sliced
  • ½ cup lemon chèvre or plain chèvre mixed with a little lemon zest
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the peaches thoroughly.
  • Pit the peaches and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Place the peaches in a large serving bowl.
  • Drizzle the honey evenly over the fruit.
  • Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  • Toss gently until the peaches are lightly coated.
  • Fold in the sliced basil.
  • Add crumbles of lemon chèvre, being careful not to overmix.
  • Serve the Peach Salad Recipe immediately while the peaches are fresh and juicy.

Notes

  • Burrata, fresh mozzarella, or whipped ricotta can replace the chèvre.
