Peach Caprese Skewers

- Fresh basil leaves
- Mozzarella cheese balls
- Fresh peaches pitted and sliced, each slice cut in half
- Balsamic glaze
- Everything bagel seasoning optional
- Small skewers or toothpicks at least 4 inches long
Slide one grape tomato onto a small skewer.
Fold two fresh basil leaves in half and thread them onto the skewer.
Add one mozzarella cheese ball.
Fold another two basil leaves in half and add them to the skewer.
Finish with a peach slice.
Repeat the process until all ingredients are used and the desired number of Peach Caprese Skewers is prepared.
Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
Drizzle generously with balsamic glaze.
Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if desired.
