Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix feta cheese, chopped dill, and grated garlic.
Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and fold it in half crosswise.
Brush edges lightly with olive oil.
Add about 1 tablespoon of feta filling at one end.
Roll tightly, folding in the sides like a burrito, and place seam-side down.
Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets and filling.
Brush tops with olive oil.
