Ooey-Gooey Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Cheesy garlic chicken wraps with crispy tortillas

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • If not already cooked, season the chicken lightly with salt and pepper and bake, sauté, or grill until fully cooked. Dice into bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add diced chicken to the pan and toss to coat evenly in the garlic oil.
  • Remove from heat and immediately stir in mozzarella and cheddar cheese, allowing the heat to melt the cheese.
  • Lay a tortilla flat and add a generous scoop of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture to the center.
  • Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Notes

Serve with garlic yogurt sauce, sour cream, or a fresh green salad. These wraps pair beautifully with roasted vegetables or fries.
