Nutella Swirls Easy Puff Pastry Recipe

Nutella swirls are made with puff pastry and chocolate hazelnut spread.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet ready-rolled puff pastry
  • Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Lay the puff pastry flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread an even layer of Nutella over the pastry, leaving a small border.
  • Roll the pastry tightly from the long edge into a log.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes for easier slicing (optional).
  • Slice into 1.5 cm rounds using a sharp knife.
  • Place the swirls on the prepared baking tray, leaving space between each.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  • Allow to cool slightly, then serve your Nutella swirls warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Swap Nutella with any chocolate spread.
