No Bake Strawberry Dessert Cups are a quick and easy dessert made with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound 500 g strawberries
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice halal alternative to vodka
  • 1 cup 250 ml heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup 28 g powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 –4 strawberries for garnish optional
  • Mint leaves optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash, hull, and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
  • Slice the strawberries and place them in a large bowl.
  • Add sugar and lemon juice, then mix well.
  • Cover and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour to release juices.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  • Transfer whipped cream into a piping bag or keep it ready with a spoon.
  • To assemble the No Bake Strawberry Dessert Cups, layer macerated strawberries and whipped cream in serving cups.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint if desired. Serve immediately or chilled.

Notes

  • You can swap whipped cream with coconut cream for a dairy-free option.
  • Add a drizzle of honey or strawberry syrup for extra sweetness.
  • Serve in glass cups for a visually appealing presentation.
